Diane,
So sorry to have taken such a long time to say how delighted I am with the purchase that arrived on time and in good order. The item is just as you described and even with it's evidence of years of cleaning it attracted lots of lovely comments when I used it at an afternoon tea party I held recently. Thank you so much.

With kind regards.

Click HERE for bigger pictureWonderful extra large silver on copper Victorian candelabra. The item is a one off,you won't find this quality easily again. It came from a country mansion (titled family) many years ago.The copper is showing through on the gadrooning and the candlestick section, nothing on the heavy chasing. However, think twice before re-plating items of this quality,as it is the copper that gives the substantive antique quality. On an oak table this would be magnificent. It has some inherited dents, but nothing against what it is, it sits beautifully....A very heavy item, measures 19inches to the top -- the post will be £20 in the UK. For sale at £195.
